US destroyer arrives in Subic Bay for routine port call

MANILA, Philippines – USS Halsey (DDG 97), an Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer, arrived in Subic Bay on Monday for a routine port call that highlights the strong historic, community, and military connections between the Philippines and the United States.

The visit will allow the ship to replenish supplies as well as give the crew an opportunity for rest and relaxation.
